The human body is a well-organized system, it needs to be maintained as such; and it is also the primary Health Pillars tool to manage and maintain all aspects of life among them Consumer Health, Employee Health, Community Health, Environmental Health and Mature Health. We believe that "our body has rights over us", the natural valuable initiative is to focus on this right. The Culture of Health in Business is a predictive and preventive measure aimed to ensure the protection of health, in order to sustain health conditions, preserving the "best life balance” with its 5 pillars; --in relation to Consumer Health, Employee Health, Community Health, Environmental Health and Mature Health for a Sustainable Life. --"When Health is Great, Everything Else is Greater"-.

According to Harvard University, the Culture of Health in Business is "accelerating productivity, reputation, and talent management… Businesses can achieve this by adopting a Culture of Health, a movement that enables maximizing good health and well-being, stimulating positive health, growth, profitability and sustainability”.

Reality facts: "We know that businesses get hurt because of poorer health. If you have a less healthy workforce and, especially if you provide health insurance to your workers, the odds are that the cost of providing that insurance is much higher.

Your business may experience high turnovers or more absenteeism amongst your employees, as well as presenteeism, where your employees may show up while they are sick, where productivity becomes low and they may infect other employees.

Poor health will affect the community where your business is operating, especially if your employees reside within the community of your business. Poor health will also affect the family members of your employees. --When the products and services you sell or your operation has an adverse impact on consumer's health, that will affect your operation, your image and your reputation.

On the other hand, there are growing evidence from around the country and the world that organization leaders who promote health can turn that into a positive business strategy. For example, research demonstrates that high sustainability companies significantly outperform their business competitors.
